Lighting for shows
03 / LIGHTING
Live performance

Light doesn’t just illuminate.
It tells the story.

Lighting design, installation, programming and operation for theatre, concerts, dance and live productions.

Light should shape rhythm, scene and presence.

Live performance

Light should shape rhythm, scene and presence.

From theatre to concerts, lighting design should support what happens live.

We shape the stage with light.

We start from the space, the production and the creative direction, then build a lighting system that supports the performance and its rhythm.

Four distinct services, explained one by one.

Design, programming, rigging and show operation are different phases of the same production. Each card above opens the corresponding photographic section.

DESIGN

Optics · Colour · Positions

Lighting design begins with the dramaturgy, the venue and the audience’s point of view. We select optics, direction, intensity, colour and positions to build depth, visual hierarchy and atmospheres consistent with what happens on stage.

  • Venue and dramaturgy study
  • Optics, colour and positions
  • Focus and on-site rehearsals

PROGRAMMING

Cues · Effects · Playback

We programme cues, transitions, effects and timing around music, scenes and movement. The console becomes part of the direction: every change is rehearsed, refined and made repeatable while preserving the operator’s control during the live show.

  • Showfile, patch and addressing
  • Cues, transitions and effects
  • Playback and operational backup

RIGGING

Installation · Cabling · Distribution

Positions, suspensions, cabling and power distribution are defined together with the lighting design. The installation must be orderly, verifiable and compatible with the production’s structures, access, loads and procedures.

  • Position and load checks
  • Suspension and cabling
  • Orderly power distribution

SHOW

Live control and technical presence

During rehearsals and performances we provide the technical presence needed to run the programme and respond to live conditions. The result is precise control with enough flexibility to follow performers, timing and real-world changes.

  • Dedicated lighting operator
  • Control during rehearsals and show
  • Response to timing and programme changes
